Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We work to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's) covering response times, performance and fault resolution. This agreement describes what you might expect from Black Box and what the involved costs are. 


Maintenance Plus
Besides the standard maintenance service Black Box can take care of the tactical and operational maintenance. Management can be done remotely as well as on-site.
